Produced at three advanced sugar mills across Bihar, our facilities collectively boast a crushing capacity of 19,000 TCD. Each mill is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring the creation of pure white crystal cane sugar of unparalleled quality.

From Cultivation To Crystallization
The process of sugar-making begins with the cultivation of sugarcane, which is either harvested mechanically or by hand. Once harvested, the cane is transported to the processing plant through trucks, tractors trolleys and carts. At the plant, the first step is milling the cane to extract its juice. This juice is then clarified with lime to remove impurities.
Following clarification, the clear juice is concentrated using a series of evaporators. This process results in a supersaturated solution, which is then seeded with sugar crystals in Pans. Further at crystallizers, the sugar crystals grow and are eventually separated from the mother liquor using centrifugal machines.
The separated sugar crystals are dried, graded, and bagged either as a direct consumption white sugar, produced at DS Plants in Narkatiaganj and Hasanpur or refined sugar at the refinery in Sidhwalia.
