Our commitment to community development is a cornerstone of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. We are driven by a vision of fostering an equitable and inclusive society and are dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote sustainable transformation and social integration.
To realize these goals, we actively partner with government bodies, NGOs, and other organizations, focusing on rural education and community upliftment. Our CSR initiatives are overseen by a specialized committee within our Board, which includes three Directors and one Independent Director. This committee is responsible for recommending initiatives to the Board on an annual basis, ensuring that our CSR funds are allocated effectively and monitored rigorously.

Education
We view education as a catalyst for transforming destinies. Our initiatives focus on enhancing the educational infrastructure in rural Bihar. By supplying furniture to schools around our manufacturing units, we contribute to creating a conducive learning environment. Our education programs benefit students across Bihar, actively contributing to the overall improvement of literacy in the state.
Healthcare
Committed to social welfare, we extend healthcare assistance to marginalized communities. Organizing eye and health camps in villages near our units at Narkatiaganj, Sidhwalia, and Hasanpur, we strive to address healthcare needs. Our support extends to hospitals and community health centres, promoting better health outcomes in underserved societies.
Tree Plantations
Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agroforestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water including contribution to the Clean Ganga Fund set-up by the Central Government for rejuvenation of river Ganga.
Rural Development
We contribute to rural development by constructing a yatri shed in the Gopalganj district, ensuring the well-being and convenience of the local community.
